Here are some how-to books from Mrs. Hinze’s class.

          Isabella B.                                  Rhea S.                         Alessa I.

Mrs. Guzzetta’s friends carved their pumpkins outside!

Nixon K. “It is so important to follow the steps when carving the pumpkin because if not you could end up with a pumpkin with no face!”

Anna S.: We have to follow the steps, so that we know how to do it, and so we could teach someone else how to do it!”

Grayson K.  “We have follow the steps in order, so that we can teach someone that doesn’t know how or has never carved a pumpkin before!”

Mrs. Dockal’s friends practiced skip counting the seeds!

When we were ready to count our pumpkin seeds, Mrs. Dockal's class talked about a faster way to count. Chase M. said, "We can make groups of ten to make it easier." We counted by tens and had a total of 333 seeds!
