Mrs. Bohac's First Graders Love Math and Science!

First grade has been learning about sorting and classifying objects based on various characteristics! The students have shared some of the different characteristics we have learned about:
-         Shape (Logan B.)
-         Size and Weight (Colton M.)
-         Color (Wren W.)
-         Texture (Max Z.)
-         Sound (Willow C.)
-         Temperature (Carson D.)
-         How they look on the inside (Zac C.)

The students practiced using their new classifying and sorting skills on some fall favorites- pumpkins and gourds!
