In December we learned about coins. We learned about what things are
on each sides of the coins and how much they are worth. We learned that Abraham
Lincoln is on the penny, Thomas Jefferson is on the nickel, Franklin D.
Roosevelt is on the dime, and George Washington is on the quarter. We practiced
coins by playing different coin games and got to bring our own coins to school
to help us learn. We also got to make a Popplet on our ipads to show what we’ve
learned!
